For several years, I've been observing but also actively participating in the development of learning forms and formats in Polish and global corporations. The recent years or even months it's not just the development of new directions, but even a revolutionary - transformative approach to how people learn, how to be taught and what should be ensured for them to make this process possible in today's reality. This phenomenon can or perhaps even should be called the digital transformation of learning. Technology is the means to an end.
